  1. Which package did I sign up for?

    No problem, simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Account’ (Under your Subscriptions) it will show your membership type.

  2. Can I switch membership types?

    You are able to switch between membership types but note that availability is limited and the package contents may change to accommodate adjustments. We begin processing payments for recurring orders on the 20th of the month before shipping, so please switch by the corresponding date.

  3. What wines will be in my shipment?

    Each shipment is hand picked by our winemaker, choosing only the best wines in our cellar, with special attention to new releases and nearly sold out wines. Your shipment will also include winemaker’s notes, a vintage report and full tasting/pairing notes for each of the wines included.

  4. When will the next package be shipped?

    Church and State wine packages are shipped quarterly. In March, June, September and December you will receive your wine club package!

  5. I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

    If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for current shipment.

  6. Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

    If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing shipping address. Please ensure to do this prior to the 20th day of the month before shipment.

  7. Can I add more wine to my package?

    Absolutely: anytime. Just send an email to

  8. When will my credit card be charged?

    Credit cards will be processed on the 20th of each month prior to shipping.

  9. Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

    No. At no time can your wine be left unattended and unsigned for by someone 19 years or older.

  10. I forgot my member number… How do I find it?

    Log in to your account and view it under Your Account/view and it will show in the right hand sidebar.


  1. I am done shopping. What now?

    You will see a cart icon at the top of the page found on the right side. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities, and then proceed to purchase when you are happy.

  2. When will my items arrive?

    Club Q subscriptions are shipped on the 1st of the month that you are to receive your package. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. We ship online store orders weekly on the Thursday following the date of your purchase.

  3. Can I track my shipment?

    When we finalize and ship your order we will send you an email with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can logon to the courier’s website to get an estimated date of delivery.

  4. Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

    No. At no time can your wine be left unattended and unsigned for by someone 19 years or older.
