Wine Sales Questions:


  1. I’m done shopping. What now?

    You will see a cart icon at the top right side of the page. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the checkout page where you can check your items and quantities. Once you are happy with your order, just click “proceed to purchase”.

  2. When will my items arrive?

    Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. We ship online store orders weekly on the Thursday following the date of your purchase.

  3. Can I track my shipment?

    When we finalize and ship your order we will send you an email with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can log in to the courier’s website to get an estimated date of delivery. If you’re having trouble finding your tracking number, just reach out to us at clubq@churchandstatewines.com.

  4. Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

    No. At no time can your wine be left unattended and unsigned for by someone 19 years or older.

  2. Shipping:

    Wine packages are shipped quarterly in March, June, September and December. Wine Club packages are charged on the first and shipped on the 15th of the month in which you are to receive your package. Depending on your location, shipping times will vary. There may be a small additional charge to ship to some rural locations. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Someone over the age of 19 must be present to sign for the delivery.

  3. Can I track my shipment?

    When we finalize and ship your order you will receive an email with your tracking number.   4. Can I switch membership types?

    Yes. Just keep in mind that by doing so, you are essentially canceling your current package and resubscribing to a new one. There are member caps to each of our packages, so availability is limited. We suggest that you email our club manager with any questions; clubq@churchandstatewines.com.

  5. What wines will be in my shipment?

    Each shipment is hand picked by our winemaker, choosing only the best wines in our cellar, with special attention to new releases and nearly sold out wines. Your shipment will also include winemaker’s notes and a link to online vintage reports and full tasting notes for each of the wines included.

  6. I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

    If you will be away during the time of shipping you can delay your shipment until you return, just send us an email to let us know when you would like your package shipped clubq@churchandstatewines.com You can also re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for current shipment. Please ensure to do this prior to the 1st day of the month before shipment.

  7. Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

    If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing the shipping address. Please ensure to do this prior to the 1st day of the month before shipment.

  8. Can I add more wine to my package?

    Absolutely: anytime. Just send an email to clubq@churchandstatewines.com.

  9. When will my credit card be charged?

    Credit cards will be processed on the 1st of each shipping month prior to shipping.

  10. Can the courier leave my wine on my porch?

    No. At no time can your wine be left unattended and unsigned for by someone 19 years or older.

  11. I forgot my member number… How do I find it?

    Log in to your account, click “Account” from the drop-down in the top right-hand corner. Your member number is listed in the right-hand sidebar.
