Coyote Bowl Series Malbec

Deep, dark purple in colour, the nose presents aromas of ripe black fruit evoking blackberry jam. The wine then surprises the palate by opening into notes of cedar and pepper after aeration. The mouthfeel is full and structured with concentrated and lengthy silky tannins, and a finale of rich black fruit. It pairs well with spicy meals; the full palate of flavour is especially drawn out when accompanied by duck or lamb cooked with fruits.
