Lost Inhibitions White
The Lost Inhibitions wines are made to the same gruelling standards as our Church & State Wines, but offer a refreshing take on traditional label conventions. Made to enjoy with friends, family and great food, these two unique blends over-deliver. With over 200 labels in the series, you’re sure to be surprised with every bottle.
This is our first vintage of the white wine we call Lost Inhibitions. We asked our selves: what would be possible if we lost all of our inhibitions, if we checked any pre-conceived notions about wine and traditional blends at the door, and set out to create a truly spectacular wine that flooded all of the senses? We wanted our white blend to have great personality, beautiful aroma complexity, supremely intense flavours, and a huge mouthfeel.
The inaugural vintage of Lost Inhibitions answers our questions resoundingly in the affirmative.
Lightly golden in colour, the wine opens with intense aromas of apricot, nectarine, rose petal, jasmine and limey citrus zest.
On the palate, the wine is full, rich, and explosive, with intense floral and citrus notes in addition white peach, apricot, nectarine. The potent aromatics and rich texture make this wine truly memorable. It is perfect for spicy Asian food, west coast cuisine, and patio sipping on a warm, sunny day. Serve lightly chilled at 12-15C.
We have over 200+ unique labels, and the ones you see on our website are just an example of a few of them. Given that a label may only appear once every 15 cases and each bottle is labelled at random, we unfortunately cannot fulfill specific label request.
